Sunday: arrive to hotel in Diamante.
Monday: morning dedicated to handmade pasta. In the afternoon sightseeing of Diamante which is very famous for the Red Hot Pepper Festival (on September) and the “Murales”, more than one hundred painting on walls of houses in the historical centre.
Tuesday: bread and pizza cooking lesson. In the afternoon sightseeing of the Cedar Museum at Santa Maria del Cedro with tasting of products made by this fruit.
Wednesday: cooking class in order to learn how to prepare a typical Calabrian dish. Guided visit to a cellar situated in Verbicaro or to a farm in Diamante where you can see how making cheeses.
