Weekend break to discover Calabria through its flavors and colours: in Cosenza, town of old Bretti and Enotri, between modernity and history, a holiday dedicated to Calabrian food and wine which are rich in tradition and linked to their territory.



Thusday: arrive to hotel in Cosenza.

Friday: in an informal atmosphere the host becomes the star choosing ingredients, handwork, preparation and cooking of a Calabrian dish thanks to professionals of Italian Association Wine Taster. Free afternoon.

Saturday: wine tasting lesson about recognition of the sensory characteristics and tasting of three wines of Calabria at Italian Association Taster Center. Free afternoon.

Sunday: guided tours to local winery to observe the vineyards, learning the production processes and tasting three products of the farm.
