Tastings, classes and show cooking in the heart of the Mediterranean area.

The Calabrian cuisine is simple but rich of strong and unique flavors. It tells so much about its land, because it uses all the products from the ground and the sea which surround it. These products are so famous all around the world: the hot red pepper, the Red Onion from Tropea, salumi such us the very hot ‘nduja, the cheeses such as the Caciocavallo from Sila, the extravirgin olive oil, the wine, the typical vegetables such as the violet eggplant from  Longobardi, the citrus from Sibari and Gioia Tauro plain.

The Calabrian recipes are millennial based on the tradition and enriched by the fantasy of the young Calabrian chefs who have renewed them for being appreciated all around the world.

It’s possible to attend several kind of cooking class, take part to tastings or show cooking to lovers of typical food and wine, to who wants to live a unique experiences and discover the local flavors or to professional people who want to learn the secrets and technics of Calabria cuisine. You can learn to prepering a typical Calabrian dish such as handmade pasta or a traditional pastry, for example the Christmas TURDILLI. You can take part to a showcooking with a starred chef or booking a personal chef for a lunch/dinner with a sommelier, at home, too. 3 different exciting experiences to live.

PROPOSAL 1 - Cooking class.

The preparation of Calabrian dishes with final tasting in family, at Agriturismo or at cooking school.

PROPOSAL 2 - Tastings.

Guided visit in wineries with Sommelier, lunches/dinners for discovering the Calabrian cuisine, tastings of typical products in local farms and little factories.

PROPOSAL 3 - Show cooking.

possibility of taking part to the preparation of typical dishes in Agriturismo or restaurants with final tasting by starred chef, too
