Trekking by donkeys in the Greek Sila along a mule track which is surrounded by chestnut woods. The route starts from the main square of Longobucco, a village near Cosenza on the mountains, reaching the "the Englishman’s Route" so called because of the writer Norman Douglas who walked along it in the 800s and described it in his book "Old Calabria".
