Arrive in 4* hotel on the Cedar Riviera: dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Sightseeing of the Cedar Museum in Santa Maria del Cedro with a light tasting. Free time in the afternoon and dinner in hotel. After dinner, transfer to Verbicaro to see the Vattienti (the flagellants) Rite: it's an old ceremony where a group of faithful flog themselves until they draw blood as a sign of their devotion. Come back to the hotel and overnight.

Breakfast. Relax time in hotel in the morning. In the afternoon guided visit of the historical centre of Guardia Piemontese which was founded by the “Valdesi” from Piedmont. The people who lives there still speak “Occitano” and preserve their traditions. Its historical centre tells the sad period of repression as evidenced by the “Porta del Sangue” (Blood Door) at entrance to the village. Come back to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Sightseeing of Diamante which is very famous for the Red Hot Pepper Festival (on September) and the “Murales”, more than one hundred painting on walls of the houses in its historical centre. In the afternoon guided visit of Praia a Mare and the Madonna of the Cave, a Sanctuary with three caves posed on a different level, each one with a natural large opening to the outside where enters air, light and sun in the afternoon. Come back to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Guided visit of the St. Francis from Paola Sanctuary: the visit included a walking along “the rough of Miracles”, which tells some of his miracles, and the hermitage. Easter lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon a guided walk in Amantea on the Tyrrhenian coast with its San Bernardino Church which has been became National Monument. Transfer to a 4* hotel in Cosenza-Rende, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. Departure to Mendicino, a little village close to Cosenza, once considered the Village of the Silk: here you can admire 2 ancient silk spinning mill which were restored and turned into Museums for telling the old business of this place. Lunch in hotel. In the afternoon a sightseeing of Cosenza with its medieval Cathedral in the old part and the Open Air Museum MAB in the modern part where there are several statues made by important artists such as Manzù, Giorgio De Chirico, Salvator Dalì, Mimmo Rotella, Sosno. At the end a walk to the the new “San Francesco di Paola bridge” which was designed by the famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, the highest in Europe. Come to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

Breakfast. visit to Frascineto, one of several Albania villages in Calabria where people still keep their mother tongue and tradition as you can see at the Albanian Custom Museum. Then visit the little village Civita (next to Frascineto) which has a breathtaking panorama on the Raganello Gorges. In its main place you can see the famous Vallje, an ancient rite where the Arbëreschë people celebrate every Tuesday after Easter one of the Hero Skanderberg’s victory against the Turkish Empire. Come back to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
