A 2 weeks holiday in Calabria for discovering its natural beauties, knowing more about its culture and tasting its wonderful food.

Proposals

2 different proposals dedicated to the study of the Italian language. One based on the Tyrrhenian Coast for enjoying the beautiful sea. The second one with cooking class in addition and visit of winery with tasting wine.

PROPOSAL 1 - On the Tyrrhenian Coast - period: from June to September

Accommodation at hotel by the sea in the Northern part of the Tyrrhenian Coast. The Italian language class is organized with 2 hours lessons per day, from Monday to Friday with mothertongue teachers. Maximum 15 people per classroom. n. 6 sightseeing of Cosenza, Paola, Altomonte, Diamante/Cirella, Amantea and Sila National Park, for discovering the most interesting places in Calabria with Italian speaking travel guide for improving the knowledge of the Italian. Free time in relax by the sea.

PROPOSAL 2 - The town of Cosenza - period: all year round except in August

The class is dedicated to the food and wine and the study of the Italian language. Accommodation at the hotel in Cosenza. The Italian language class is organized with 2 hours lessons per day, from Monday to Friday with mothertongue teachers. Maximum 15 people per classroom. In addition 3 cooking class of Calabrian cuisine, 2 tasting wine lessons by Sommelier from the AIS Calabria Association (Associazione Italiana Sommeliers) with a visit of a local winery.
